Recruitment: What We Offer

Our recruitment services narrow down the Client's search for the most suitable candidate to a select few who meet the requirements best. Upon receiving the Client's request for technical personnel, we filter our database to identify the best candidates.  Our live database contains information on pre-screened applicants with diverse technical skills from Lithuania and other Eastern European countries.

After enlisting any candidate in our database, we meet each one and check their background, previous employment, references and certificates to make sure they can be trusted and meet our recruitment standards.

Once the employment contract is signed, the candidate becomes the Client's employee and the Client takes responsibility for payroll and personnel management.

Immediately Available Candidates

Coded welders (TIG, MMA, MIG/MAG), fitters, pipe-layers, plumbers, pipefitters, brick layers, steel fabricators, painters, platers, electricians, insulation and ventilation specialists, and other candidates.

Payment

Agency fee – a single payment option (the finder’s fee) paid if the Client finds a suitable employee.
