Personnel lease: What We Offer
Personnel hire is a cost-effective way to have skilled labour on site right when the Client needs them and only for as long as he needs them. If the Client is hiring personnel from us, we will take on most personnel related tasks, including travel arrangements, local and Lithuanian taxes, payroll administration, work/holiday schedules and other responsibilities. The Client needs only to inform us of location site, work scope, job description and estimated contract duration.
Depending on Client’s needs, we will staff the project with skilled labour or suggest other solutions that fit the situation. Aim to have our personnel on site as soon as possible. If the Client can provide accommodation, the personnel can be posted sooner. Assignment length is negotiable. Usual assignment length is 6-8 weeks. Assignments shorter than 4 weeks are not typical.
We make sure that our personnel has sufficient English skills to communicate with managers, and understand the instructions. In case of work teams, the foreman will have sufficient English knowledge.
Immediately Available Personnel:
Coded welders (TIG, MMA, MIG/MAG), fitters, pipe-layers, plumbers, pipefitters, brick layers, steel fabricators, painters, platers, electricians, insulation and ventilation specialists, and other candidates.

Payment
- The Client will receive an invoice based on the hourly or daily rate according to contract.
What the Client Should Provide:
- Work clothes and shoes; work safety equipment; tools; on-site work safety instructions.
